Senterra

A Gated community of 162 homes, ranging from 2300-3600 sq. ft., selling for $850,000  to $1,500,000. Construction of these Spanish Mediterranean residences began in 1986, and each section has its own pool/spa area.. Senterra is the largest of the three “Villages of Rancho Santa Fe”  built by Ray Watt and designed by Ross Sutherland. The other two villages  (Montecito and Stratford) were intended for singles and retired couples, so Senterra was built for families.
