Who Owns That House???
Not a week goes by that I am not asked that question. The property that has captured so incredibly much curiosity and controversy is a massive estate under construction in Fairbanks Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, CA; and, yes, it is huge and highly visible. Not only is the house of very substantial square footage, but also the architectural design is an elevation that is more vertical than horizontal, and the structure sits high above the street!! Put all of that together and you have the makings of something that practically compels the eye to take a look.
Who owns it? Who is building it? How big is it? Who wants to live in a place that big? It is really a house? Is it for sale? I am going to answer all these questions as I keep construction progress updated on this blog. Stay tuned.
