Now that the Holidays have past and New Years is almost here we expect to see activity picking up. We at The Lucy Kelts Team have already noticed increased showings and have clients that are planning to put their properties on the market in mid January/February, once the Holidays and Super Bowl are fully behind us. I anticipate we will see some strong activity in the beginning of 2010 and that January to May will be the time to buy or sell.
