Gorgeous Fairbanks Ranch Showcased…
Last night I was fortunate to attend the opening presentation of the MAINLY MOZART series. The featured classical musicians were the St. Petersburg String Quartet. They performed 5 works: one Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Borodin, Schulhoff and Beethoven. This quartet has dominated countless international chamber music competitions with a tremendously impressive list of prizes. Needless to say, they were a joy to watch and listen.
The pleasure for me was unique in that the event was hosted in one of my listed properties! The property was perfect for every aspect of the night, from opening champagne cocktails to the concert, thru to the hors d’oeuvres, wine, dessert and coffee. A gorgeous Fairbanks Ranch Estate showcased to perfection. I was so proud!
Simply Awesome!

Why do I live in Rancho Santa Fe? Simple.
Imagine living in a place here you can pretty much do whatever you like year round! Year round. Don’t need to get away because of summer heat and humidity. Don’t need to own a second home to escape freezing cold and sleet. Nope. Just perfect.
Rancho Santa Fe enjoys the most temperate climate in the continental US. And what that means for all of us who were smart enough to move here is that we can pretty much live the equivalent of 400 days a year. There are no weather-related cancellations. How cool is that? For someone who grew up in a 4-season state, it is VERY COOL!
Remember the bleakest of the bleak economic news that hit this winter? Of course you do–we all do. The difference for me, however, was that even though I hated what was going on in the economy I could still look out my window and see flowers, green grass, and sunshine? While the rest of the country was struggling with grey skies, cold and wet temperatures and no color greenery, we in RSF at least had the opportunity to go for a beautiful walk, jog, bike ride, etc. and all FREE!!
I moved here because of the “perfect weather” and am thankful for the rest of the lifestyle. And not one day passes without my appreciating my decision to move here. I truly live in paradise.
