Fairbanks Ranch Community Information

The premier gated, 24-hour manned security residential community in Rancho Santa Fe., Adjacent to The Covenant, this place is approximately 30 years old and within its boundaries are 1240 acres, 600 homes, very wide private boulevards, mature and well groomed landscaping. Amenities for Fairbanks residents (no additional fees) include: day-and-nite-play tennis courts, lake activities, putting green, volleyball, half-court basketball, hiking and jogging trails (including a parcourse), private parks and children’s playground and an Equestrian Center (boarding your horse, of course, carries a fee).

All streets in Fairbanks Ranch are private, hence the light traffic within. It enjoys what is widely considered to be the most professional security of all the Rancho Santa Fe communities. There are 6 entrances/exits for FBR residents, which makes ingress and egress superb. However, all nonresidents are admitted access (with resident clearance) thru the 2 main entrances only. Full time security staff takes terrific care of this place. They are the best!

Homes here can be as old as 30 years (one or two) or brand new construction, and everything in between. Average lot size is 1.2 acres per home.

One very cool feature that is unique to FBR, is that it has its own private entrance to the K-6 public elementary school for its residents. Everyone gets behind safety for the kids, as well as the other residents.
