Tamara Stephenson is a San Diego native making her intimately familiar with the people and needs of the local community. With two school-age children, she is, and has been, very active in the parent associations of Canyon Crest Academy, Diegueño Country, Francis Parker and Santa Fe Christian Schools.

In addition to Tamara Stephenson’s outstanding interpersonal skills, she brings to the Lucy Kelts Real Estate Team a wealth of diverse business experience. With over 17 years of sales and management experience she has developed a solid business sense.

As Director of Operations for a nation-wide chain of spas, Tamara Stephenson managed over 400 employees and coached the team to achieve sales goals in excess of $25 million. Single-handedly, she created a new concept for a themed restaurant overseeing its development.

Tamara has now been applying her personal and business talents to the real estate market for the past six years and has built her business on the referrals of satisfied customers, friends and colleagues. Tamara and her family currently call Carmel Valley home; her children attend school in Solana Beach and Encinitas.
