I have sold five homes in California over the last year, and generally have a considerably less than favorable opinion of most real estate agents. However, Lucy (and Connie) are clearly the best team I have ever dealt with in San Diego County. They are able to take complete control of the sale process, which always includes negotiating with the client on various annoying details, and taking care of repairs that show up after the inspections are finished. I have been in the resort and commercial real estate business for over thirty years. We fell in love with a home in Fairbanks Ranch, however, we were confronted with one of the most difficult sellers I have ever encountered. The transaction became extremely complex due to repeated attempts by the seller to sabotage the deal and extract ongoing extras, remove promised appurtenances, force us to use his son as our mortgage broker, and on and on. Lucy supported us throughout the process, finessed the avoidance of litigation which at times seemed inevitable, and forced the seller to live up to the original agreement.
